You will find my very popular low- sugar strawberry jam at the market this Saturday. The berries are so sweet its best with low- sugar.

Blackberry Tea Leaves
We will have a few jars to sell at Saturday's market. We cut back the young blackberry plants in early spring and dried the leaves. The young spring leaves make wonderful tea. All you do is pour boiling water over the leaves and steep for 5 minutes. Blackberry tea leaves are wonderful for many ailments and tastes great.
